Citizens Advisory Committee

The Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) is primarily charged with encouraging citizen involvement as identified by Goal 1 of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan. The group also works on complex topics on referral by the City Council to provide recommended actions to take or policies to adopt.

The CAC is an 11-member body, appointed by City Council, on staggered, three-year terms.

  • Meeting Dates/Times: Regular meetings start at 7:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday of a given month
  • Meeting Location: Troutdale Police Community Center - Kellogg Room (234 SW Kendall Ct). We also meet by Zoom.

Agendas, minutes and audio of previous meetings are available in our online archive. Videos of each meeting will be usually be available on our YouTube channel within a day after the meeting takes place.
