Firms and individuals wishing to conduct business in the City must obtain a business license. The cost of a City business license is $65 or $50 per calendar year. If you wish to request an application call City Hall at 503-665-5175.

Business License Application Forms:

• Standard (Non-Home) Businesses License Application ($65 per calendar year)
• Home Occupation Business License Application ($50 per calendar year)

Supplemental Business Application Forms:

• Amusement Device Form for PROVIDERS (If you are providing Amusement Device machines to a Troutdale business, please complete and submit this form with your business license application)
• Amusement Device and Lottery Form for TROUTDALE BUSINESS OWNER (If you are a Troutdale business and have Amusement Devices and/or Lottery Devices located at your business, please complete and submit this form with your business license application (PLEASE NOTE: you must submit this form even if you do not pay for your amusement devices)
• Change Of Address (For standard businesses in our city limits only: $15)
