Firms and individuals wishing to conduct business in the City must obtain a business license. The cost of a City business license is $65 or $50 per calendar year. If you wish to request an application call City Hall at 503-665-5175.

Business License Application Forms:

If you are a new business and plan to open December 1, 2011 or later, please submit the 2012 Business License application and forms.

• Standard (Non-Home) Businesses License Application 2011 ($65 per calendar year)
• Standard (Non-Home) Businesses License Application 2012 ($65 per calendar year)
• Home Occupation Business License Application 2011 ($50 per calendar year)
• Home Occupation Business License Application 2012 ($50 per calendar year)

• Amusement Device Form for PROVIDERS 2012 (If you are providing Amusement Device machines to a Troutdale business, please complete and submit this form with your business license application)
