Finance Director

The Finance Director plans, organizes, and manages the activities and operations of the Finance and Information Services Departments. The Finance Director reports directly to the City Administrator and serves as a member of the Executive Team.

Salary Range: $76,884-$93,444 annually, with merit increased tied directly to performance appraisal by the City Administrator.

Public Works Director

The Public Works Director plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates, through subordinate supervisors, the delivery of public works services, including construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of streets, water systems, sanitary sewer systems, and storm drainage systems. The Public Works Director reports directly to the City Administrator and serves as a member of the Management Team.

Reserve Police Officers – Recruit/Lateral

The City of Troutdale has several openings for volunteer, non-paid Reserve Police Officers. Reserve Officers support/work-along-side regular Patrol Division. Applicants must be 21 yrs old, a US citizen, have a H.S. diploma or GED, possess a valid ODL/WDL, and be able to pass extensive background, psychological, and pre-employment physical tests. Successful applicants are required to attend the Reserve Police Academy beginning September thru March, evenings and Saturdays (successful Laterals are promptly sworn-in).

**Testing fee required: $15 non-refundable testing fee must be paid when application is submitted. All applicants are required to take the Police Exam.
